Alexis Wiseley possesses a wide range of experience in corporate and complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes representing corporations, directors, officers, controlling stockholders and advisers in merger and acquisition-related litigation, contract disputes, federal securities litigation and other stockholder disputes in state and federal court.

Alexis earned her J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. Additionally, she served as a Student Attorney for the university’s Civil Practice Clinic, and as an Arthur Littleton & H. Clayton Louderback Legal Writing Instructor.

Prior to joining Bird Marella in 2021, Alexis practiced as a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
