Grace W. Kang is Of Counsel at Bird Marella. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and business disputes in the areas of copyright, trademark, false advertising, right of publicity, trade secrets, contracts, consumer class actions, privacy, and employment.

Grace has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including law and motion practice, e-discovery, trials, and appeals. She has appeared in federal and state courts nationwide, as well as arbitration proceedings.

Grace has represented clients in various industries, including entertainment and media, technology, consumer products, fashion and apparel and financial services. Grace completed her B.F.A. in film studies from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and her M.A. in cultural studies from University of London. Grace is a graduate of Stanford Law School. She also clerked for the Honorable Frank Maas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is admitted to practice in California and New York.

Grace is currently a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Copyright Society of the USA, and the American Bar Association (Intellectual Property Section).
