Naomi represents clients in complex litigation and white collar matters. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, she joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Dale S. Fischer of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Previously, she spent three years as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where she represented clients in litigation and international arbitrations, including the trial and subsequent mediation in the New York Attorney General’s prosecution of a former AIG CEO, and international arbitrations between a Trinidad and Tobago liquefied natural gas company and its downstream customers. Naomi’s pro bono practice includes representing asylum and T-Visa applicants.

Convinced Judge to decrease sentence to twelve months and one day in custody, rather than the five years recommended by the Sentencing Guidelines and demanded by the government.

  • Secured eminent domain victory for Hyundai Motor America involving its U.S. corporate headquarters, a $200 million state-of-the-art facility.
