A Win for Greenpeace

Bird Marella attorneys Peter J. Shakow and Sandhya Ramadas were able to obtain a complete dismissal of a case against employees of Greenpeace successfully arguing that the government could not bring its case without introducing inadmissible hearsay evidence.  The employees were charged with obstruction of a business.
